A new series of dates for our highly popular Market Insight Briefings and Innovation Surgeries have been announced for 2019.

These free sessions are open to companies of any size and with any technology, and are being held at UCLPartners, London. Companies are advised to attend a Market Insight Briefing before moving on to the Innovation Surgery.

  • Market Insight Briefings:  7 November (filling up fast), 3 December 2019, 9 January 2020, 6 February 2020
  • Innovation Surgery:

Both events are key elements of our Bridging the Gap service, a five-stage process which helps companies through the healthcare maze, saving them time and money.

The process starts with the Market Insight Briefing – a 90-minute session where we’ll explain how the NHS works, and discuss how to position your product to appeal to both clinicians and buyers.

By the end of the briefing you’ll be aware of the preparation you need to make before moving on to the next stage – an Innovation Surgery.

In this one-to-one session, we’ll offer you a confidential 60-minute discussion to review your value proposition and budget impact model.

By the end of the Innovation Surgery you should be clear about your next steps and any material you’ll need to produce to support them.

What people say about our services and working with us:

“From my first meeting with Rob, it was clearly evident that he has an extensive knowledge about selling into the NHS. During my Innovation Surgery, he was able to offer me valuable feedback with regard to marketing, sales strategy and value proposition. He has suggested some possible routes to market and I am looking forward to exploring these in the future with his professional guidance.”

“As a new supplier into the NHS, navigating the reimbursement process can be very daunting for companies with limited resources. We have found our engagement to date with the KSS AHSN extremely valuable and worthwhile as it has given us clear direction, real time advice and excellent on-going support. We look forward to working with KSS AHSN on our journey.”
